Roomvo is an AR visualization platform used by flooring and home-improvement brands to help customers preview products in real spaces. The team supports both partner marketing and consumer-facing campaigns, with a strong need for consistent output across channels.
PROJECT SCOPE & OBJECTIVES
Support ongoing campaign creative and marketing collateral while keeping brand consistency tight across web and digital touchpoints. Improve production speed and reduce layout drift by building reusable templates and a simple, repeatable system the team could scale.
MY ROLE
In-house, I designed B2C campaign assets and supporting collateral, collaborating closely with marketing and product stakeholders. I helped translate brand direction into reusable layouts and lightweight guidelines when needed—keeping files organized and deliverables production-ready.
THE WORK
Brand Guidelines Refinement
As Roomvo’s marketing library grew, small inconsistencies started showing up across channels. I helped refine the existing guidelines into a clearer internal reference—tightening rules for typography, color, layout, and hierarchy so teams could design from the same baseline.
Marketing Templates & Standardization
To improve speed and consistency, I built a flexible template system for banners, presentations, sales sheets, and one-pagers. The layouts were designed to scale across campaigns and languages while keeping hierarchy and brand consistency intact, including launch assets and trade show support.
Trade Show & Large-format Graphics
I supported large-format trade show design across booth panels and printed materials. The work focused on clean visual consistency, production-ready files, and format-safe adaptations for different venues.
Rebranding Support & Asset Updates
During a broader brand refresh led by marketing and product leadership, I helped update existing assets and bring ongoing materials in line with the new direction. This kept day-to-day production moving while teams transitioned to the updated visual system.
Sales & Client-facing Materials
As new offerings rolled out, I collaborated with product and sales to update sales sheets, presentations, and co-branded client materials. The goal was clear communication and consistent design across customer-facing touchpoints.
B2B Partner Collateral & Co-Branded GIFs
Created co-branded B2B marketing assets for Roomvo partners, including postcards, one-pagers, and social announcement graphics. I also adapted existing product GIFs to highlight AR use cases (wall material changes, color swaps, and adding decor like artwork), then re-skinned them to match each partner’s brand—keeping layouts consistent, files production-ready, and ready for rollout across sales and marketing touchpoints.
