The Company / Client
iDWorks is a Bogotá-based video production and design studio working across brand, commercial, and audiovisual projects for established clients. The team wanted a sharper identity that matched a newly restructured service offering and a more modern market position.
Project Scope & Objectives
Develop a refreshed brand direction built around a futuristic, space-inspired visual language. The goal was to create a cohesive system that could extend across a brand guidebook, website visuals, and early social content—improving consistency and strengthening how the studio presented itself to new clients.
My Role
I collaborated closely with the studio owner and creative team to translate the new direction into a practical identity system, building on the existing logo. I produced the brand guidebook (logo usage, typography, color, layout rules), developed website visual direction, and proposed the initial Instagram look and template approach—keeping the system clear, repeatable, and ready for rollout.
Concept Direction
The refresh was built around a space-inspired, futuristic visual language—positioning iD.Works as a more modern studio with a sharper point of view. The goal was to create a direction that felt ambitious without becoming gimmicky, with strong structure, clear hierarchy, and a consistent system that could translate across touchpoints.
Brand System & Guidebook
Working closely with the owner and creative team, I expanded the existing logo into a complete identity system—defining typography, color, layout rules, and usage guidelines. The guidebook was designed to be practical and production-ready, so the team could keep output consistent across marketing, pitch materials, and digital content.
Website Visual Design & Handoff
After the identity update, I designed the website’s visual direction to match the new system—clean structure, high-contrast graphics, and a more premium presentation of services and work. I prepared and handed off production-ready design files.
The site was developed and implemented by Leonardo Cuao, while my role remained focused on the visual design.
Instagram Launch & Social Foundations
I initiated the studio’s Instagram presence and established a starting visual system for posts and covers. The aim was to extend the new identity into social in a controlled way—consistent framing, reusable formats, and a clear branded look that could scale as content grew.
